Very nice Pilates studio, with professional instructors. Very clean and the classes accommodate small number so ideal for individual attention. The team addresses you with your name, very personalized approach. Exercises are different every-time so you work out all your body muscles. Definitely recommend this place.

One of the best Pilates studios in Dubai. Rakesh and Surabh are really good instructors. They help you correct your posture and push you to your limit. They only have 5 reformers which is really nice, makes the class semi private. They have other classes like motr and trx other than reformer.

Had a very nice HIT TRX session yesterday after work. It allows you to release emotions and become physically strong. There were only 2 of us and a trainer. I can say it was an individual session which was great. They provide you a special bracelet for observing your heart rate.

I’ve been doing Pilates with Saurabh, and it’s been such a great experience. He’s super knowledgeable and really pays attention to everyone in the class. I love how he explains everything clearly. I’ve definitely gotten stronger since starting, but there’s still a lot to work on.
