Rakesh is one of the founders of OneUp Pilates. He is passionate about Fitness and promotes physical and mental wellbeing. He is a certified Pilates instructor from Balanced Body, certified Rehabilitation specialist (ACE Approved), certified Posture & functional corrective exercise specialist (ACE approved) and a certified Personal trainer & Nutritionist from K11 school of fitness science. He has more than 5 years of experience in practicing Pilates and functional circuit trainings.

Saurabh

Saurabh is a senior Pilates instructor at OneUp Pilates. He is passionate about guiding people to improve strength and overall fitness. He is a certified Pilates instructor from Balanced Body, certified Personal trainer from K11 school of fitness science. He has more than 4 years of experience in practicing Pilates and functional circuit trainings.
